This policy explains what information Cold Metal Spray (a trading division of Dycomet UK Ltd) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at info@coldmetalspray.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number (if given) and your message. These are sent through our form provider and emailed to us so we can respond to your enquiry. We use this information only to deal with your enquiry and do not sell it to anyone.
Cookies & tracking
We do not set any non-essential cookies unless you agree. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline optional cookies, and the site works fully either way.
If you accept, we use Google Ads (via Google’s gtag) to measure the performance of our advertising and website — for example, to understand which enquiries came from an ad. This sets cookies in your browser. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which keeps these cookies and identifiers blocked until you choose to accept.
You can change your choice at any time using the option in the footer of any page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Third-party services
- Google — advertising and conversion measurement (only with your consent), and Google Fonts for typography.
- Form processing — our contact form is handled by a third-party form service that forwards your message to us by email.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security for this website.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to meet any legal or business record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@coldmetalspray.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
